Hi — I'm Kelly Hungaski, M.S., CCC-SLP. I've been a speech-language pathologist for over 20 years, working with kids from preschool through high school in clinical and school-based settings. I'm not a staffing agency. I'm not sending you whoever's available. When you work with us, you get me — an experienced, licensed SLP who shows up prepared, communicates clearly with your team, and actually loves this work. A few things worth knowing:
- Licensed in Minnesota (PELSB and Department of Health)
- 20+ years of experience with pediatric speech-language therapy
- Experience in both school-based and clinical settings
- Familiar with IEP documentation, progress monitoring, and due process
- Founder of Speech2U — 15 years of creating resources for SLPs and the kids they serve
Before building Speech2u LLC, I spent years leading a team of therapists — hiring, training, and developing the people who went into schools every day. I created the school-based training program we used to prepare contractors before their first day in a district. I know what schools need from a contractor because I'm the one who used to define it.
I take on a limited number of placements at a time — because when I'm with your students, I'm fully with your students.
Right now, it's just me. And I take that personally — every placement carries my name and my reputation. As we grow, that standard won't change. Any therapist who joins our team will be someone I know, someone I trust, and someone I'd want working with my own kids. No strangers from a database. Ever.
